DMCA Policy

Dafne Schippers Liefdesleven ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to notify us of alleged copyright infringement and for users to file counter-notifications if their material has been removed incorrectly.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive such a notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Dafne Schippers Liefdesleven, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent.   • Your electronic or physical signature: Your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for an electronic submission).
